ワンアイルコンサルティング株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報の保護が当社の重要な社会的責任であると認識し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定め、適切な管理と保護に努めます。
OneAyle Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that the protection of personal information is an important social responsibility. We hereby establish the following Privacy Policy and strive for the appropriate management and protection of personal data.

    • ​当社は、マーケティング活動および情報提供の最適化のため、日本国外（アメリカ合衆国等）にあるクラウドサービスを利用し、個人情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。
      For the purpose of optimizing marketing activities and information provision, the Company may entrust the handling of personal information to cloud services located outside of Japan (such as the United States).

      • 移転先の国名 / Destination Country：
        アメリカ合衆国 / United States of America​

      • 当該外国の制度 / Systems of the Foreign Country：
        当社は、個人情報保護委員会が公表している当該国の個人情報保護制度に関する情報を把握した上で、適切な管理を行っています。 / The Company maintains appropriate management after understanding the information on the personal information protection system of the country as published by the Personal Information Protection Commission.

      • 安全管理措置 / Security Measures：
        当社は、当該クラウドサービスベンダーとの間で、日本の個人情報保護法が定める基準と同等の義務を課すデータ処理契約（DPA）を締結し、適切に監督を行っています。 / The Company has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the cloud service vendor that imposes obligations equivalent to the standards set by the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information and exercises appropriate supervision.
         

  6. プライバシーポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

    • ​当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合には、当ウェブサイト上に掲載します。
      The Company may change this Policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this website.
